Larry Hudson began his business in 1984 in Mitchell, ON. At the time, only seven employees worked out of the Mitchell location. He ran a very successful establishment, and in the summer of 1995, he relocated his business to Listowel, ON. Shortly after this move, Larry's son Sean Hudson joined forces in the family owned business. Larry Hudson Pontiac Buick GMC flourished over time undergoing two major renovation projects and seeing a rise in staff members. Larry's two daughters Becky and Katie also became a part of the Hudson team.
In 2010, the Hudson franchise added the Chevrolet line to its name and under went its most recent and largest General Motor's renovation project. This change saw an expansion of the dealer showroom as well as modifications to the service department, sales offices and customer lounge. Today, Larry Hudson Chevrolet Buick GMC employes over 70 staff members and is one of the most successful GM dealers in South-Western Ontario.
